Account & data deletion

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Hexrise → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm by typing DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't open the app?

Email ariseapp.help@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Hexrise account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (email or Google sign-in link)
Your profile, hunter name, goals, quests, XP, stats, streaks and badges
Your activity logs and notifications
Your guild membership (if you led a guild, leadership passes to another member; a guild with no other members is deleted)
Your stored subscription record

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
